So get asked quite a bit. What do you have for pre-workout Mike. I have never really been a fan of pre-workout supplements. But that’s purely because of my sensitivity to some additives (I would literally be bouncing off the walls). So not saying they are all bad. I just wouldn’t.
So here’s my go to pre-workout…. Coffee! Boom. Simples. A strong cup of black coffee with a spoon of Coconut Oil in gets me ready to go smash this session!
Give it a go in place of your supplement. It may save you some of them hard earned pennies.
