What are our Build a Better Body Sessions:

They are NOT a ‘beasting’ or competitive session. It IS a friendly and enjoyable Small Group fitness training program for women and men of any fitness level.

What is included:

• 3 fully coached training sessions per week.
• An easy to follow generic nutrition guide.
• Option of a bespoke personalised nutrition/training plan.
• A highly motivating small training group.
• A supportive client only Online forum.

The course consists of 3 X 1-hour training sessions each week, adhering to a set training program devised by MWPT. You will also receive a generic nutrition plan to accompany your sessions, a nutrition guide dispelling any myths and access to a private Facebook group to help you along the way.

Each session is limited to 10 people for that Semi-Personal Training Experience from our Private Personal Training Facility in Warrington, Cheshire. Each session is different, designed push and motivate you – whether you are looking for weight loss, to build muscle mass, improve endurance or even for a healthier lifestyle.

Courses run each week 6.00-7.00am, 6.00-7.00pm & 7.00-8.00pm. Monday, Wednesday & Friday. From our Private Personal Training Facility – Third Floor, Evans House, Norman Street, Warrington WA2 7HW

All for only £80 per Month!!

(Which equates to a bargain £6.40 per session!!!)
